The GDRP, an EU regulation on privacy, required most folks who have your information to tell you about the regulation and their privacy requirements. About 90% of the emails we saw were what falls into “scary lawyer language.” Others, took a creative approach where they used the opportunity of talking to their customers to reinforce their brand and their trustworthiness.
